I don't know about you, but I personally love chocolate. For me, it has the best anti-stress effect :) Recently, I have taken care of the question of how to make homemade chocolate myself.

I present my favorite recipe (basically, the ingredients are always the same, only the proportions differ). We will need:

5 st. tablespoons milk;
50 g butter;
6-8 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
5 tbsp. tablespoons cocoa;
1 teaspoon flour.

Cooking method:

Pour milk, cocoa, sugar into the container. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps and put on a small fire. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and add the oil to the mixture. Continuing to stir, add the flour. After dissolving the flour, remove the pan from the heat, pour into molds and put in the freezer. My chocolate froze after a few hours. It turned out very tasty and without any preservatives.

As a filling, you can add raisins, nuts, waffle crumbs, or candied fruits. You can also make ice cream and decorate it with homemade chocolate. For lovers of deliciousdrinks, there is a recipe for thick hot chocolate. Bon appetit!
