You will need:

    • half sliced banana;
    • 60-70 gr fine-grained cottage cheese (White Bear cottage cheese is best);
    • 150-200 ml. cold milk;
    • 1-2 tsp sugar.

    Like all blender smoothie recipes, this recipe is super easy. Load everything into a mixing bowl and stir.

    If the smoothie seems thick, you can add some milk. This drink is not only tasty, but also very he althy and nutritious, because. contains a large amount of proteins. It may well replace your breakfast. The only negative is that you need to drink it immediately, otherwise the banana pieces will start to darken.

    Fruit Milkshake with Ice Cream Recipe

    You will need:

    • 150-200 gr ice cream;
    • 100-150 ml.cold milk;
    • a handful of any berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries), berries can be replaced with fruit syrup.

    Put everything into a mixing bowl and stir. Decorate the cocktail with fruit. By the way, if you didn't know, you can make ice cream at home.

    Coffee milkshake recipe for blender

    You will need:

    • 150-200 gr ice cream;
    • 100-150 ml. natural brewed coffee (meaning liquid). You can replace natural coffee with instant coffee, then use milk as a liquid;
    • 1-2 tsp sugar or chocolate syrup.

    Mix all ingredients in a blender, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
