  • To make oatmeal cookies we need:

      4 tbsp. softened butter;
    • 3/4 cup sugar;
    • vanillin;
    • 1 egg;
    • 1 large banana;
    • One whole and one fourth cup of flour;
    • 1 tsp baking powder for dough;
    • 1/2 tsp s alt;
    • 2 cups coarse oatmeal.


    Mix flour, baking powder and s alt. Separately, mix butter and sugar, add vanilla and egg. Add the banana, mashed with a fork until smooth (you can grind the banana in a blender). Gradually add flour, baking powder and s alt mixture. Lastly, add oatmeal. Optionally, you can put raisins or pieces of chocolate.

    Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour to allow the flakes to swell.

    After that, spread the pieces of dough with a spoon on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. cookiesexpand greatly, so leave plenty of room. Bake the oatmeal cookies in a well-heated oven over medium heat (about 15-20 minutes) until golden brown.
