Yes, yes, such bright and juicy beads can be made from fabric! Sort out your bins and get out the bright pieces of fabric that were stored “just in case”. Their finest hour has come!

In addition to the fabric, you will need one or two satin ribbons and 12-14 any large beads. Better if the beads are not too heavy.

Cut out a strip from a piece of fabric (make a longer length, as it will be spent on knots). Fold the strip in half lengthwise, right side down and grind the edges (by hand or on a sewing machine). It will turn out such a "tube". Let's turn it to the front. The inner diameter of the tube should be slightly larger than the diameter of the beads.

Put the first bead inside, align the length (the bead should be in the middle) and tie ordinary knots on the sides of it. On the outside of each knot we put another bead, tie it again. And so on until you run out of beads or fabric, or until you decide that you have enough :)

After that, sew a ribbon to the edges of the fabric tube, wrapping the edges as shown in the figure.

That's it! Beautiful fabric beads are ready. If you wish, you cantie one or two small ribbon bows on a fabric fragment, after singeing the ends of the ribbon with a lighter.
