I hasten to share my collection of toppings for pancakes. I hope it will be useful to you on Shrovetide week.

Meat toppings for pancakes

Stuffing with liver and potatoes. Twist the fried chicken liver, finely chopped fried onions and boiled potatoes in a blender or in a meat grinder.

Stuffing with rice and minced meat. Minced meat fried with onions and some boiled rice.

Not sweet pancake toppings

Stuffing with potatoes and mushrooms. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry with onion until golden brown in vegetable oil. Add mashed potatoes in water, s alt and pepper and stir.

Stuffing with egg. Mix hard-boiled eggs with finely chopped green onions.

Stuffing with salmon. Twist lightly s alted salmon in a blender with any curd cheese (Mascapone, Philadelphia, Almete), add finely chopped greens. If you like this filling, check out the recipe for fluffy pancakes with salmon.

Sweet toppings for pancakes

Mix boiled condensed milk with nuts.

Curd filling for pancakes. Add raisins, dried apricots, sugar, vanillin and a raw egg to the cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly. Such a filling cannot be eaten without cooking, so these pancakes must be fried.

Stuffing with Adyghe cheese. One of the most deliciousfillings. Adyghe cheese (the one that is not s alty, do not confuse it with cheese) mash with a fork, add sugar, a pinch of s alt and a raw egg. Mix. This filling, like curd, also cannot be eaten without prior heat treatment.

Apple filling with cinnamon. Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut into small cubes. Put in a saucepan, add a little water (no more than 1 cm), sugar and simmer the apples until soft. Remove from heat, add cinnamon.
