    3. We shift the dough into a wide bowl and, slowly pouring the mixture from a glass, knead the dough.

    4. Put the prepared dough in the refrigerator.

    5. While the dough is cooling, prepare the filling of potatoes and fried onions, stewed cabbage, fried meat with onions, boiled eggs with fried onions or cottage cheese with fruit jam and vanilla.

    6. Roll out the dough into thin layers, cut out with a large glass evenmugs, put the filling in the center of the mug and form a pie.

    7. We spread the pies on a baking sheet, grease them with yolk and send them to the oven.
