"Lazy" manty or Khanum is no different from the traditional round manty, except perhaps in the way of modeling. They come in triangular and square shapes, such manti are molded faster, which can significantly speed up the entire cooking process.

This recipe features another lazy cooking method.

What you need:

    • Flour
    • Water
    • Egg - 2pcs
    • Minced meat 800gr
    • Pumpkin 300g
    • Bow 4pcs
    • Potatoes 400gr
    • S alt
    • Spices

    How to cook Khanum

    Pour eggs beaten with s alt and water into flour. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands.

    Prepare the stuffing. Divide the minced meat into two equal parts. In the first part, add the pumpkin, grated on a coarse grater and half of the finely chopped onion, s alt, pepper, spices. Mix everything well. In the second half of minced meat, add potatoes, grated on a fine grater, finely chopped onion, s alt and spices. Also mix.

    Dough divided in half. Roll out both pieces into a large circle. Evenly distribute the filling in a circle, pumpkin mince on one circle, potato mince on the other. You can add a couple of pieces of butter on top of the filling. Twist the rolls, pinch the edges of the rolls.

    Grease the steamer sheets with butter or vegetable oil. Put rolls on them. Cook with a tightly closed lid 45minutes.

    Cut the finished rolls into portioned pieces, you can decorate with greens on top. Serve on its own or with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit and good he alth!
