Cinnabon buns have been known around the world for decades. They are the face of the Sinabon caffeine bakery chain. Few people know the taste of these pastries from childhood - the aroma of baked dough is perfectly complemented by icing and cinnamon, leaving behind a delicious aftertaste.

Ingredients for the buns:
100 grams of butter
750 grams of sifted flour
One third of a liter of milk
1 chicken egg
25 grams of vanilla sugar
Soda - on the tip of a knife
100 ml warmed water
75 grams of sugar 30 grams of yeast

Filling ingredients:
75 grams butter
250 grams sugar
1/4 pack cinnamon
Frosting ingredients:
100 grams mascarpone or any other soft cream cheese
100 grams icing sugar
One-third cup milk Juice from one lemon

How to cook Sinabon

Preparing the dough, for this we mix the yeast with one third of the sugar available for the dough, a small amount of warmed milk and 1 tablespoon of flour. Leave the dough in a warm place for fifteen to twenty minutes.

After the dough is ready, add an egg to it, beat the resultingmass, pour in the melted butter, the rest of the sugar and milk, vanilla sugar and s alt. Beat the whole mass again, starting to gradually add flour. We knead the dough with our hands. We leave it to rise in a warm place for forty-forty-five minutes.

As soon as the dough is ready for baking, roll it out into a rectangle, put the filling in the center, remembering to leave a 6 cm strip on the wide side. Roll the dough along the wide side into a roll, pinch the edges, then cut the roll into small pieces .

Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet, coat it with oil, spread the pieces at a distance from each other. Bake in a well-heated oven for thirty minutes.

While the buns are baking, prepare the icing - beat all the ingredients with a mixer, the resulting mass should resemble sour cream in density. Lubricate the still hot buns with icing, sprinkle with special Sinabon cinnamon on top. Serve warm with tea.
