I want to share a delicious chicken recipe in an air grill. I cook such a chicken very often, and the convection oven itself is one of my favorite helpers in the kitchen. This is not just a recipe, but a recipe with a secret! Naturally the whole process is photographed.

Naturally, it is important to take the chicken not frozen (if any, in our stores) and fresh.

For marinade mix:

    • 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream,
    • 3-4 garlic cloves (push through press),
    • any seasoning.

    I really like Kamis “Chicken Seasoning”, but I cooked with others too - delicious too. Only Maggie I have a dislike - the chicken turns out tough.

    After the mixture is ready, wash the chicken and rub it thoroughly with fine s alt. Directly take the s alt in the palm of your hand and rub it. Just adding s alt on top will not be enough, as the marinade will drain and take the s alt with it. Don't forget to s alt the chicken inside too. Naturally, if your seasoning is s alty, then this is worth considering.

    Now the secret of the cooking recipe! You need to make a very strong saline solution (about 2 cl. s alt in half a glass of water), draw it into a disposable syringe and chop the chicken breast. It is enough to inject5 cubes for the whole breast in different places. This is done so that the chest is s alty inside (as there is no s alt on top of it, it does not penetrate to the full depth). The same technique is used in the preparation of homemade pork (everything is described in detail there).

    You don't have to do this, the chicken will still be delicious.

    After we rub the chicken with the previously prepared mixture (do not forget to put it inside the bird as well). Now we put it in a bag (preferably so that the whole mixture remains on the chicken, and is not smeared over the bag :)), and in the refrigerator. It must be marinated for at least 4 hours, and preferably 6-12 hours. That is why the chicken must be fresh.

    When the time has come, put it on the lower grill of the air grill (no need to add more s alt) and set to bake at a temperature of 230 degrees for 40-50 minutes. The time, as with cooking barbecue in an air grill, depends on the size of the meat (in our case, chicken).

    Very important! The chicken must be placed breast-side down, then all the juice flows down during frying and nourishes the breast.

    After the back is well golden, turn the chicken breast side up and bake for about 30-40 minutes at the same temperature. How beautiful it turned out!

    The breast is s alty to the full depth and very juicy, it just melts in your mouth! The photo shows that juice is released from the pierced breast (in the middle).
