These tender chicken chops just melt in your mouth! Amazingly tasty and juicy! For you, I have prepared a photo recipe for an excellent quick dish. So, for tender fillet chops you will need:

    • chicken fillet (you can breast)
    • 2 eggs (I use 2 for 700 grams of chicken)
    • flour
    • mayonnaise
    • s alt, spices
    • refined frying oil.

    To begin with, the fillet must be beaten off with a hammer. Then we put it in a bowl or saucepan, s alt (I put 1/2 tablespoon of fine s alt without a slide on 700 gr). Fillet pepper and add spices. (In the Airfryer Chicken recipe, I wrote about good spices for chicken.)

    Then add mayonnaise (100 grams) and mix well. Now we put the future chops in the refrigerator for at least 2, and preferably 4 hours. This is necessary so that the chicken marinates well and the dish turns out soft and juicy.

    When the time is right, prepare the batter. Beat 2 eggs with a whisk, add s alt, a little water and flour. Mix again. It should have the consistency of pancake batter.

    Put the pan on the fire and pour in the oil, it should be goodwarm up.

    Dip a piece of chicken in batter, then in flour on both sides.

    And put in hot oil. Fry for about 12-15 minutes over medium heat (oil should bubble). When the chops turn white on top, you can turn over.

    And fry until golden on the other side.
