A bread maker, like an air grill, is my favorite kitchen helper. Whoever has it will understand me. How nice it is to wake up in the morning from the aroma of freshly baked bread! What a divine aroma spreads throughout the apartment!

Today I want to share with you a wonderful recipe for gray bread. Our family quickly gets tired of baking from pure wheat flour, and it’s more pleasant to eat borscht with something simpler: with bran or rye bread. After some experimentation, this delicious and fragrant recipe was born.

For a small bun you will need:

    • 2 tsp dry yeast (for quick baking program, for regular baking 1 tsp yeast);
    • 1 tsp fine s alt;
    • 1 tbsp sugar;
    • 260ml water;
    • 1 tbsp a spoonful of sunflower oil;
    • 300g white flour;
    • 100g rye flour.

    Pour dry yeast, s alt, sugar into a bowl, then flour, then water and oil. set to fast baking mode (medium crust). And two hours later enjoy delicious brown bread from the bread machine.

    It will turn out very tasty if you replace sunflower oil with mustard.

    Or addfinely chopped and fried onion in oil. Add the onion immediately (along with the rest of the ingredients), after it has cooled. The onion is completely mixed and disappears somewhere)) But the characteristic onion aroma remains. Very tasty! Try it!
