I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious he althy and fragrant bread. I got it by accident, when there was not enough white flour, and since then such oatmeal bread has become our favorite. I have a Panasonic bread machine, but I think this recipe will also work for other models.

Needed:

    • 2 tsp dry yeast;
    • 1.5 tbsp sugar;
    • 1.5 tsp s alt;
    • 300 gr. wheat flour;
    • 50g finely ground oatmeal;
    • 50 gr. rye flour.
    • 1 tbsp mustard oil
    • 290 ml. water (it seems like a lot, but it's actually just right: oatmeal absorbs water very strongly).

    This bread is baked exactly on the fast mode (hence the double amount of yeast). Mustard oil adds a special piquant smell, and rye flour is almost not felt. Thanks to oatmeal, the bread turns out to be very soft even every other day and so “rubber” or something)). Not crumbly, but very elastic.

    So… Put the yeast, s alt and sugar into the bowl first, then both kinds of flour and flakes, then oil and water.

    We put it on fast mode (I have it about 2 hours), size M, the crust is dark (if you put the light one, it won’t bake a little. And that’s it.

    Here's what happened! My oatmeal bread doesn’t even have time to cool down, I barely managed to take a picture. )
