What creates an atmosphere of celebration and expectation of a miracle? Not only an elegant Christmas tree and a decorated house, but, of course, aromas! It is the aromas that we are able to remember for a lifetime, and using them to immerse ourselves in a state of comfort, homely tranquility and pre-holiday mood. Tangerines, cinnamon and ginger are considered the most New Year's fragrances.

We have already written about delicious gingerbread, and now we will tell you how to make cinnamon buns with yeast sugar. This is a very simple recipe. By following it step by step, you will certainly get delicious and fragrant homemade cakes.

An important point: this recipe is egg-free, so it is suitable for non-strict vegetarians and those who are allergic to eggs.

Ingredients for dough:

  • 25 grams of live pressed yeast;
  • 50 gr. butter;
  • 400g white flour;
  • 250 ml milk;
  • 1 tsp s alt;
  • 180 grams of sugar;
  • vanillin;
  • Rum or Almond Culinary Flavor (optional).

Other ingredients:

  • cinnamon;
  • sugar for sprinkling (about 150-200 gr.);
  • flour for rolling outtest;
  • 50-70 gr. butter for greasing.

Defrost yeast and dissolve in warm milk with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Leave on for 10 minutes.

After add s alt, 180 g of sugar, vanillin, flavor and melted butter to the mixture. Mix well. Add 400 gr of sifted flour. Stir, cover with a clean towel or cling film, making several holes in it with a knife. Put in a warm place to approach for an hour and a half.

Many modern ovens have a "fermentation" function. With it, the dough rises in just 40 minutes.

When the dough has risen, put it on a floured table. It will turn out very soft (even watery), but it should be so.

Now you need to carefully roll out the dough into a cake 3-4 mm thick.

Grease the cake with melted butter.

Sprinkle generously with sugar and cinnamon.

Now you need to carefully roll the cake into a roll. It is not necessary to squeeze strongly tightly.

After that, prepare the baking sheet on which you are going to bake.

Advice! It is very convenient to bake cinnamon buns on the baking sleeve. The buns don't stick and the baking sheet stays clean by simply removing the sleeve.

After the baking sheet is ready, you need to cut the roll into snails 2-3 cm thick. Dip the bottom of the future bun in flour and puton a baking sheet.

When all the snails are done, sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.

Leave the buns to rise. If you use the “Fermentation” program, then for 10-15 minutes. If in the air, then 30-40 minutes.

After baking in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Or use the standard oven program for baking buns.
