In 2023, the program of medical examination of citizens will continue according to the plans. To undergo a medical examination, you need to know the main organizational points, as well as which years of birth fall under the medical examination.

The clinical examination plan provides for the diagnosis and detection of chronic diseases, according to the screening conclusion, all patients are divided into 3 categories.

Legislative Framework

The main documents regulating the examination process in medical organizations in 2023 - Orders of the Ministry of He alth No. 124n of March 13, 2019 and No. 1278n of December 2, 2020

Periodicity

Previously, the frequency of passing was 1 time in 3 years for everyone over 18 years old. By order of the Ministry of He alth No. 124n, the following changes were made:

    • citizens aged 18-39 - once every 3 years;
    • people aged 40+ - every year.

    Annually

    Residents over 40 should see a doctor annually. In 2023, this list includes citizens born in 1924-1983.

    It is equally important to know which categories of citizens are subject to a planned examination without reference to the year of birth:

    1. underage prisoners of concentration camps;
    2. disabled peopleWWII and other hostilities;
    3. people who passed the siege of Leningrad and were awarded the corresponding badge;
    4. pensioners who continue to work or retired after years of service;
    5. employed persons 5 years before retirement;
    6. participants of the Second World War who received a disability.

    Once every 3 years

    To find out which years of birth you plan to be screened, you can use the simplest method: age divided by 3. The resulting integer indicates the need for screening.

    Rules and specifics

    In 2023, medical examinations in Moscow and the regions of the country are planned in medical institutions with permission to work under the compulsory medical insurance program. It is important not to forget to clarify in advance which years of birth fall under the diagnosis.

    Usually, citizens of the country choose a polyclinic near their place of residence, where patients assigned to it receive medical care. For screening with you, it is enough to have a passport (an identity document) and an MHI policy.

    The main tasks of a general practitioner in organizing and holding an event are:

    1. campaigning the population for the program of the Ministry of He alth;
    2. informing about the main points, the mode of operation of variousunits;
    3. reception and further division into groups;
    4. outreach to people with long-term illnesses;
    5. results and conclusions;
    6. referral for HIV testing (voluntary and anonymous).

    Steps

    There are 2 stages of medical examination:

    1. General examination in a medical institution according to Order No. 124n. The main goal is to identify the symptoms of chronic diseases. After that, a conclusion is made about the continuation of the diagnosis by specialized specialists and the determination of the group to which the patient belongs in terms of he alth.
    2. Additional measures and screening to understand the overall situation and make a diagnosis.
