  • boiling water;
  • condensed milk;
  • gelatin;
  • raspberry jam syrup without berries;
  • white liquor-optional;
  • cups and candy molds.


Dissolve the gelatin in hot water, add condensed milk to taste to make a white liquid, if desired, you can add white liquor, mix all the ingredients very well so that there are no gelatin lumps.

Make a jelly for the red layer: dilute gelatin in boiling water, add raspberry syrup, stir well.

Grease the forma small amount of odorless vegetable oil, remove its excess with a napkin. Pour the first layer of white jelly, hide for 15-20 minutes in the freezer, remove, pour the next layer of jelly and hide the bowl in the freezer again, repeat until the container is full.

Remove the frozen dish from the mold by turning it over onto a flat plate. You can make two versions of the dish, one of which will be a whole piece, and the second in the form of sweets that can be cut out using cookie cutters. The mold must be preheated in hot water.

Christmas jelly can be additionally decorated with whipped cream and mint leaves. Liquor can be added to both white and red layers, but such a delicacy is more suitable for adults than children.
