The recipe is surprisingly simple. It is good because exotic ingredients are not required for cooking, and chicken meat is inexpensive. If you are embarrassed by the need to add orange jam to the dish, then it is quite possible to get by with the juice of fresh oranges.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet;
  • S alt, pepper;
  • Soy sauce;
  • Garlic;
  • Ground ginger;
  • Sesame;
  • Orange jam (or fresh oranges).

Cooking.

  • Grease the pan with oil, place the chicken fillet seasoned with s alt and pepper in it. In a separate bowl, mix orange jam (jam or juice of one orange and a fewcitrus circles), soy sauce, minced garlic and ginger.
  • Pour the marinade over the chicken generously, but be sure to leave a couple of spoons in reserve.
  • Cover and simmer over moderate heat until half cooked.
