Fabulous dish for the New Year's table - chicken rolls with crispy bacon. It only takes an hour to prepare them. The rolls are hearty, fragrant and very appetizing.

If you are expecting a large group to visit, it is better to double or triple the amount of ingredients.


  • boneless and skinless chicken breasts 2pcs;
  • bacon - 12 thin slices;
  • dark brown sugar - ¾ cup;
  • s alt, pepper, other spices - to taste;
  • parsley or any greens to taste - bunch.


  • Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
  • Cut the breast into small cubes, roll them in spices and s alt.
  • Wrap chicken pieces in bacon strips and roll in brown sugar.
  • Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, place a baking rack above, and rolls on it. So they are evenly fried on all sides and do not stain the oven with dripping fat. Don't set the grate too low to avoid burning the food.
  • S alt and pepper a little more.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes until tender andcrisp.
  • Decorate the finished meatballs with chopped greens.
