For the New Year on December 31, usually everyone finds the strength, time and desire to cook something special, time-consuming and very, very tasty. However, January 1 does not provide for such actions. :) After a plentiful festive dinner, you want something light (both in terms of calories and the cooking process). At such moments, this wonderful recipe will help out. It takes only ten minutes to cook and the chicken left over from the New Year's feast.

Required Ingredients

For salad:

  • Lettuce - 4 cups;
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - ¾ cup;
  • Cucumber - half;
  • Grilled chicken - 1.5 cups;
  • Bacon - 0.5 cups.

For sauce:

  • Mayonnaise, sour cream or low-fat yogurt - a third of a glass.
  • Crushed garlic clove - optional but can be added to taste.

All ingredients are crushed, mixed in one large plate. Salad dressed with sauce. Two portions of a light tasty lunch are ready! Bon appetit!
