It just so happened that from the New Year we start a new life: we make plans, make wishes and make promises. Something is fulfilled, but something remains in dreams. Here are some ideas for important New Year's resolutions to yourself.

  1. Spend more time with your loved ones. This time is priceless, and life is fleeting. Remember what really matters.
  2. Learn to have a good rest. Let it be a small amount of time, but it must be allocated regularly, otherwise there will be no strength left even for the simplest joys. Speaking of which…
  3. Rejoice in the little things. A beautiful sunset, the smile of your child, the smell of an orange or an apple - these things cost nothing to enjoy, but they make our life bright.
  4. Set up your daily routine and schedule. The mode is necessary not only for small children, but also for adults. You will be surprised how much more energetic you will feel if you get up and go to bed at the same time.
  5. Go in for sports if you haven't already. You don't have to buy a gym membership or run every morning before work. Start small: increase the number of walks, do light gymnastics in the morning. Once you get used to it, you may want more.
  6. Remove from your environment people who undermineyour self-esteem. Sometimes this is scary to do, because it seems that this is a direct path to loneliness. However, if you are determined that you will look for a “supportive” environment, you will definitely find new friends.
  7. Throw away old things and trash. It is unnecessary to comment: in the new year - with a clean house and willingness to let the new into your life.
  8. Acquire a useful skill or habit. It is said that a habit takes 21 days to form. Survive 21 days and it will be much easier after that.
  9. Achieve just one important goal for next year. Don't set too many goals. Practice shows that the more promises we make to ourselves, the less likely we are to fulfill them. Let the goal be one, but clear, feasible, defined in time. Make repairs, go on a trip, take some position - the goal can be anything. Write a step-by-step implementation plan and start on January 1st.
  10. Giving good. Let it be small: feed a hungry cat, take a grandmother across the road, tell a passerby. You don't need much, do what you can. And may the callousness in our hearts melt with the first ringing fireworks on the eve of a wonderful bright holiday.
